Not ideal since it's third party and doesn't just "come with the deck" but cryoutilities 2.0 does a good job of handling shader cache. It will remove unused cache from uninstalled games and also move the cache location to the drive/SD card the game is on instead of all of it getting dumped on the 64GB m.2..
